Act #11: Letters Inspire Students

Students and Letters 

Most student's love to receive letters from in the mail or from friends. Just think about all of the letters that get passed around in class!

• How about getting the students to write letters to other students, not necessarily to their friends.
  

This would certainly make the receivers’ day. Plus student's get to know each other (or you can choose to keep it anonymous).

Or, get all the students in the class to write something they like about each student in the class on an index card.

• Then gather together and have the students walk around and put the index card on the other student's desk.
  

(Or to keep is anonymous, the students hand the cards into the teacher then put their head down on their desk while the teacher distributes the cards.)
