Act #14: Begin a Food Drive

Helping the Less Fortunate 

Food kitchens are always in need of volunteers and assistance. It's never too late or too early to start a food drive. Keep in mind that there are specific times in the year that big named companies host large food drives for specific food pantries.

But what about that local food pantry around the corner from your house? Have you been there to help our lately? Well, here's you chance.

• Stop by the local food pantry and ask how you can help.
• Inquire if donations of food are allowed (federal regulations must be followed by the pantry).

 If they are and everything checks out, then begin the drive!
