Hold a door

On a sunny afternoon at school a group of students can get together at one of the hot spots on campus. While people walk buy D.A.N. members hold the doors open. It’s a small act of kindness, but when you think about it, how often does someone truly commit him or her self to a cause no matter how small.

To someone it may make their day just to know that someone else is out their, doing good even though there is no immediate reward.

Some Fund Ideas:

• Hold a bucket of candy and offer a piece to a passersby.

• Pick up a bed sheet for $2 at a local store and Crayola paint set. Then paint a D.A.N. banner so that people know your cause.
